1. To safeguard the rights and interests of users, in line with the attitude of responsible for the users, we provide quality services :
   1.     The quality guarantee period starts from the purchase date and last for three years (in the purchase invoice date).
   2.     During quality guarantee period, the equipment failure happens during normal use, we are responsible for providing maintenance service free of charge. But damage caused by flood, fire, earthquake or other irresistible natural disasters are not in the warranty scope.
   3.     During quality guarantee period, if users don't follow the product specifications and operating procedures to use, resulting in equipment failure or damage, we provide maintenance with costs.
   4.     Out of quality guarantee period, we provide maintenance, with materials and labor charging.
   5.     During quality assurance period, damage caused by users' removing, expansion, modifying is beyond the scope of the warranty.
   6.     Equipment shall be properly maintained, helping prolong the service life of equipment. Regulator should be installed when work environment unstable power supply. Power supply should be really grounded. If an exception occurs, users should timely contact with dealers or company.
