Installation principle of FUSHUI model A
Installation technicians must have basic knowledge of water and electricity and be familiar with the use of tools.
1. When installing FUSHUI water processor for commercial dishwashers, what order of equipment installation should we follow?
Tap water - FUSHUI water processor - dishwasher. The nearer by the dishwasher, the better.
2. If the dishwasher is steam heating, what order of equipment installation should we follow?
Tap water - steam heater - FUSHUI water processor - dishwasher
3. If the dishwasher uses cold water, what order of equipment installation should we follow?
Water heater must be installed. Without hot water, it is not suitable for installation of FUSHUI water processor .
Installation order : tap water - heater – FUSHUI water processor – dishwasher.
Note: The water flow has to trigger the water heater to operate, otherwise water will be cold and the prewash tank water temperature can not meet the required temperature.
4. When installing FUSHUI water processor, what accessories request to notice?
Joint: Choose stainless steel. Tap water outlet is mostly 3/4”pipe thread, FUSHUI water processor is 3/4”pipe thread, and most of dishwasher are 1/2”pipe thread, so adapters will be required.
Hose: Choose 304 stainless steel weaved flexible hoses, needing high temperature resistance.
Gasket: Choose Teflon material, needing high temperature resistance.
5. How is the water outlet route arranged?
Tap water – FUSHUI water processor - into two way: 1 dishwasher main water inlet. 2 one line goes to dishwasher water recycle tank, and it must be stretched to the bottom of the recycle tank. 3. An addition one for any other uses.
7. Where should the valve be installed?
In addition to the main outlet, each water outlet should has a separate valve. The water goes to water recycle tank requires two valves, one is used to control the amount of water (only adjust by technician) , another one is used to turn on/off the water.
8. How to deal with the low water pressure ?
FUSHUI water processor will reduce the water pressure, so if there is no sufficient water, it is not recommended to install FUSHUI.
