1.Q: FUSHUI water processor has eliminated the use of detergent, so whether to change the operation process of dishwasher?
A: FUSHUI does not change process of dishwasher. But stopping the use of detergent, prewash process should be more attentive.
2.Q: Why should we increase the water injection flow to prewash tank to improve water discharge speed?
A：FUSHUI water processor use water to remove oil trowel from the tableware, so it is important that the dishwasher prewash tank has plenty of clean water. Because water in dishwasher prewash tank is recyclable, the concentration of the oil will become more and more higher when using more. Its overflow speed cannot satisfy basic amount of clean water in the recycle tank, so we need to speed up the injection of clean water which will increase the speed of discharging dirty water.
3.Q: Will keep injecting water into the prewash tank affect the washing effect?
A: Yes, it will. Dishwashers require a certain temperature to operate, so that is why we need continuously to add hot water instead of cold water. Otherwise, dishwashers will stop operate and start heating the water.
4.Q: Will 50 ℃ hot water affect FUSHUI’s using life?
A：The life expectance will not be affected. When tap water through FUSHUI water processor, its physical property has been changed and heating speed is faster common water that can reduce heating energy consumption of the dishwasher.
5.Q：Can FUSHUI reduce the number of dishwasher pickling?
A：Yes. FUSHUI can soften water and can gradually remove the original old scale. Number of pickling can gradually reduce to stop completely.
6.Q：How to make FUSHUI operate the most effective?
A： 1.Keep dishwashers operating properly, and maintain water at required temperature.
2. The inlet water temperature among 40-50 degrees Celsius.
3. The dishwasher inlet should have a tee which connect to the prewash tank and the spray tank.
7.Q：Can we abandon desiccant and soft water equipment when using FUSHUI?
A：FUSHUI usually do not require desiccant. If tableware is required to be dried very fast , then we can use cold FUSHUI water to dilute desiccant at ratio of 1:1. It not only shorten the drying time but also cut half of the amount in the desiccant. FUSHUI has water softening effect, so it no longer needs water softeners.
8.Q：What if sometimes the dishes cannot be 100% clean?
A：When using detergent , dishes still have about 10% unclean, so it is important that operators inspect plates after washing. As long as dishwasher operates normally and operators remove food residues thoroughly, and plates are well arranged avoiding dead corners, FUSHUI water processor should produce a satisfy result.
9.Q：During installation and operation, what need to be paid attention to?
A： → Water inlet and outlet cannot be wrong linked
→ Use 3/4”pipe and connector (do not use poor quality), the original PVC pipes will not require to be replaced.
→ Garbage, Teflon tapes cannot develop into the equipment
10.Q: It seems to use more water when use FUSHUI processor, can it save water?
A：FUSHUI is aim to raise the physical properties of water to clean dishes instead of detergent chemical action, so we need enough water to wash the plates. But tap water processed by FUSHUI will became soft water and can gradually reduce the number of pickling of dishwasher, gradually reduce the number of washing sewage pollution. Long-term use can achieve water-saving effect.
