Adjust the inlet valve steps (best pressure gauge in a "5 ~ 5.2")
Step 1
：loosening the screw of inlet valve outside
Step 2
：adjust the screw until pointer to "5 ~ 5.2" (right)
Step 3
：tighten the screws
Note
：if the adjusted index will jitter, it shows the air is still not fully discharge in the machine, repeat trouble shooting methods until indicators will not shake.
Outlet exhaust air bubbles when are white (normal water), meaning the host has the air, which makes equipment performance cannot meet the best demand.
Reason 1: high-pressure pipe is broken ,
which often happens when during the moving device
Reason 2: impurities into the filter mesh
This kind of situation usually occurs when mistaking pull up the filters to clean, which cause food residue into the tube.
Troubleshooting methods:
1.Shut down the power supply 2.Add water into water tank 3.Remove the filter cleaning mesh 4.Install filters 5.Turn on the switch 6.Block the air inlet (20 ~ 30 seconds after the air bubbles normal release).
Reason 3: inhaled air
This equipment is precision electronic control equipment, the equipment need a fixed proportion of mixed gas and water to present the best condition. Too much or too less air will changes the gas and water blending ratio, it cannot prompting ultrafine nano bubbles. All the above problems are usually caused by inhaling air.
Troubleshooting methods:
Shut off the power and fill with water, turn on the power supply, block the air inlet (after 20 ~ 30 seconds, air bubbles disappear). It means air has been completely discharged. Then pressure gauge will be gradually increased after the machine starts. Wait for adjusting to 5 or so.
Reason 4: Some connectors are not locked firmly, causing air inflow and changing internal pressure dynamic balance.
Troubleshooting method: reinstall the connectors using special sealing tape.
After fixing the problems, it must be reset, please set in accordance with the installation instructions.
